The minimum flush volume depends on

the volume of needle and needle tubing,

flush volumes of less than twice the vol-

ume of needle and tubing will result in

decreased performance.

Flushed mode. Is loaded from the sample

queue. The maximum injection volume de-

pends on the injection mode:

Partial: 50% of the loop volume
